GUIDICELLI RISTORANTE is a deeply personal venture by the Guidicelli family,
with celebrity, entrepreneur, and restaurateur Matteo Guidicelli leading the
charge with his father, Gianluca.
GUIDICELLI is more than a culinary destination. It brings together the richness
of Italian flavors and the heart of Filipino hospitality in a warm, thoughtfully
elevated dining experience. In line with our vision, we are opening our doors
with a series of thoughtfully curated launch events and marketing campaigns
to introduce the brand to the community and to key tastemakers, influencers,

Many of the dishes he has created are inspired not only by regional flavors and time-honored techniques, but also by moments shared with his children, reflecting the joy, warmth, and simplicity of family meals. Through Chef Gianluca’s vision, heritage is not only preserved but lived where culture, travel, and family converge to create dishes that feel both timeless and personal.
