Hennessy Casaclang has worked in the hospitality industry for over 14 years, holding the dual role of Executive Chef and General Manager.
Hennessy has a passion for crafting great concepts that are rooted in good food, great service, and a personal touch. I believe hospitality should feel intentional and sincere, and I’m committed to building something that reflects those values in every detail.
